The Chisholm Trail District Webelos Woods 2012 adventure is designed to give 1st & 2nd year Webelos Scouts and their parents a preview of the Boy Scouting experience. The program introduces Boy Scout values, procedures, methods and skills to the district’s soon-to-be Boy Scouts.
Check-in begins at 5 PM on Friday, October 19, 2012
Troops should plan to arrive between 5pm & 8pm on Friday evening.
Webelos should plan to arrive between 5pm & 8pm on Friday evening OR Saturday Morning prior to 8:30 AM
WEBELOS Woods ends following the Scout’s Own chapel service on Sunday, October 21, 2012.
Webelos Woods will be held at Friendship Park just outside of Granger, TX (see maps in the Leaders Guide)
Fee: $15 for each Webelos/Boy Scout/Adult attending. Includes one T-Shirt per pre-registered attendee.
For Boy Scouts: Troops should gather registration information (number of Scouts and Scouters and T-shirt sizes) and register as a unit. Please decide what activity you will run before registering and describe it in your registration. We are trying to avoid duplicate activities so we may ask you to modify your activity.
For Webelos: Webelos Den Leaders, Cubmasters, or other group coordinators should gather registration information (number of Scouts and Scouters and T-shirt sizes) and register as a unit.
All units: Register online via Camp Master.
